Private Driving Tour of Pompeii, Positano and Sorrento

We had a private car tour from the Naples cruise port to Sorrento and Positano. Anthony was our driver. I highly recommend this company and Anthony. From the start, Roberto was so helpful assisting me in making the plans. We chose a start time of 8:30 AM and Anthony was waiting for us, easy to find, right when we came through the gate. The car was a very comfortable Mercedes van. We started with a little drive around Naples since we had never been there before. Then on to Sorrento, with Anthony describing some beautiful scenery and sights along the way. We had some very nice photo ops. There were certain things we wanted to do in Sorrento and we did exactly as we hoped to do. It is a beautiful town, not to be missed. We had a lunch break in a charming restaurant, il Montano. I highly recommend - the food was delicious, the views were spectacular and the ambience was wonderful, sitting with grapevines adorning the gates around us. Then on to Positano, our choice, because we wanted to revisit this beautiful town. It was a truly wonderful day. The Amalfi coast is breathtaking. Having just landed in Italy for the first time ever, my wife and I were greeted at the airport by Roberto before our bags made it through the carousel. Roberto made us feel very comfortable with his fluent English, being on time, and directing us to his very clean Mercedes van. The ride from Naples to Positano was very smooth and Roberto even gave us a mini-tour showing us some of the landmarks and towns along the way. Roberto was awesome! Very friendly, polite, and professional. We were so happy with Roberto's service that we inquired for another transfer from Positano to Naples to catch a train. We were picked up by Silvio who clearly had the same level of professionalism as Roberto. Silvio also provided fun facts along the route and took the time to help us figure out what part of the train station we need to head towards. I will be personally recommending his service to any of my friends who need a ride in the Naples/Sorrento/Positano area.
