If you are planning a trip to Italy, do yourself a favor and book with Banana Joe Tours—and specifically request Giulio! Giulio was originally booked to chauffeur us from Rome to Meta and handle our return transfer, but he completely elevated our trip. From the moment we met him, he was extraordinarily polite, sweet, kind, and professional. Navigating Italian traffic can be intense, but Giulio made us feel completely safe, comfortable, and well cared for every mile of the way. We loved our time with him so much that we decided to add an Amalfi Coast tour to our itinerary, and it was hands-down one of the highlights of our entire vacation. He knew all the best local stops, hidden gems, and breathtaking viewpoints along the coast, perfectly capping off our tour with an unforgettable wine tasting at a wonderful vineyard. Over the six-plus hours we spent together, we didn't just get a driver—we made a great friend, and Giulio genuinely became one of the absolute best parts of our journey. Excellent service in both Naples and Rome

We booked Joe Banana Limos for two private family tours during our cruise — Naples/Pompeii/Sorrento and, later, a full day in Rome from Civitavecchia — and had an excellent experience both times. A special thank you to Nunzia, who was extremely helpful, responsive and flexible throughout the planning process, especially when we made some last-minute changes to our itineraries. Both of our drivers were outstanding: punctual, professional, very friendly and genuinely accommodating. They were also very knowledgeable and shared interesting information about the places we visited, while always adapting the day to our family’s pace and preferences. The vehicles were comfortable, everything was very well organized, and we never felt rushed. Traveling with two young children, that flexibility made a real difference. Excellent service from beginning to end. We would definitely use Joe Banana Limos again and highly recommend them for private tours in Italy.

I can’t say enough good things about this company. They are polished and professional from start to finish. We booked a private transfer from Naples to Sorrento with a short tour of Naples and a tour of Pompeii on the way. Our driver was experienced and exceptional. Pasquale Santarpia knows so much about the area and gave us a locals insight into the city. He suggested two great spots to stop and get food…. One pizza restaurant and one for espresso and a pastry… both were EXCELLENT! The Mercedes van was clean and comfortable and everything was top tier. The company is also available to call and answer any questions, which gives you total peace of mind. They set us up with our Pompeii tour and handled the tickets and the private guide who was also exceptional. This was such an amazing day and seamless experience all booked with Joe Bananas tours. I HIGHLY recommend!!

We have used Joe Bananas for 2 full day trips to Capri. They are exceptionally well organized and professional. They pick us up at the hotel and seamlessly get us to and from the boat. The boats themselves are week Taken care of and the skipper and crew are awesome! Would absolutely recommend this service.
