Amalfi Coast and Pompeii: Tour from Naples + lunch

The duration of the tour is announced to be 8h when you purchase it. However, in reality it is 9h. They tell you first thing in the morning when they pick up you. I mean, it is not due to traffic or any other cause... they tour is designed in this way because they offer you a boat trip (at your own cost) in the middle of the tour and it adds extra time. Even when only half of the people voted to do the boat trip, the activity was performed. Besides, they delayed the start of the tour by 30min (informed a few days before), so in total it finished 1h30m late and we were not able to get in time for our next tour. I lost a lot of money since it was our last day in the city and the another tour booking was non-refundable. It was a pity because I had designed the day very carefully, but they did not care at all or tried to offer any compensation or even appologize for the inconvenience caused.

This was the most amazing and beautiful tour, first time visitors It was a small group of guest of Princess Ship. Very well organised, plenty of time on your own to explore as well as insightful information. To top this off we had an amazing and talented tour guide Gabriel Casavega & Marco (Driver) Gabriel was very entertaining and helped everyone with anything they needed, kept us on time so we could see all the sites, had us back in time. We taste some Limoncello and chocolate treats samples. We left with a great experience and beautiful / fun memories. Thank you to the best guide Gabriel.

Clemente and our driver, Franco were great. They took excellent care of our family group from the teens, 15 & 17, their mom and us old folks too, 76 & 80. It was a thoroughly enjoyable day with lots of fun and information.

Gabriel Casavega & Marco (bus driver) were absolutely fantastic! Excursion was good but these guys made it AWESOME! Thank you so much for a wonderful day!
