The itinerary and visited areas may be subject to changes based on excavation updates and new openings to the public.
The tour involves walking on uneven surfaces and is therefore not recommended for people who use a wheelchair or strollers.
We recommend wearing comfortable walking shoes, comfortable clothing, a hat, and sunscreen for sun protection.
Eating and drinking are not permitted on board the minibus.
It is recommended to allow at least one additional hour beyond the indicated tour duration before scheduling trains, flights, ferries, or other activities, as unexpected delays due to traffic or other logistical factors may occur. This was an overall awesome experience! Giuseppe and Gio were great and we loved exploring both Mt. Vesuvius and Pompeii itself. Giuseppe was kind enough to provide additional recommendations for other things to see around Naples as well as being very knowledgeable about the tour areas themselves.
