The Circumvesuviana train station at Napoli Centrale in Piazza Garibaldi is on the lower level, below the platforms for the high-speed trains.
The lower level Circumvesuviana platforms inside the Naples Centrale (Piazza Garibaldi) Station are not handicapped-accessible and you must take the stairs down a few flights of stairs on foot to reach the tracks.
